 SYSTEMS ENGINEER V 
     Leads consulting services to members of professional staff and to the customer in the analysis and design data processing systems, management systems, scientific systems, and other related areas Makes technical decisions on kinds of data to be gathered and methods to be used in data collection and analysisLeads technical direction, guidance, and assistance to assigned projects, suggesting efficient approaches and methods for solving problemsProvides technical leadership for the integration or requirements, design and technologyManages and ensures the technical integrity of the system baseline over time, continually updating it as various changes are imposed on the system during the lifecycle from development through deployment and operations and maintenanceIn conjunction with system stakeholders, plans the verification efforts of new and unproven designs early in the development lifecycle to ensure compliance to established requirementsSupports the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process (as well as other Government Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes)Develops analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutionPrepares and presents written and oral reportsPrepares and presents proposals, or portions thereof, primarily in field of specialtyAnalyzes diagnoses, and recommends solutions to complex systems problemsServes as lead analyst for research projectDevelops advanced concepts of automation and information processing, display, control, and transfer for various subsystemsConducts research and analysis of algorithms and defines data structures that lead to highly efficient system design parametersUltimately responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibilityQualifications
 
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
     A minimum of 10 years' experience in System Engineering specifically including:o Analysis related to design, development, and integration of hardware and software to support large scale Windows/Unix/Linux environments
 o CISCO CCNP certified with professional-level skills focused on the data center solutions, technologies and best practices to design, implement, and manage a modern data center infrastructure.
 o 10 years' experience testing large scale Windows/Unix/Linux environments.
 o Experience performing a variety of engineering and operational related assignments associated with Storage operations, and virtualization software (VMware's vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V0 on a set of enterprise-level IT systems.
 o 10 years' experience writing scripts with a scripting language
 o Familiarity with DevOps and ITIL processes
 o Experienced in AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud Services, and other Cloud environments
 PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  
     Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
