We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Care IT OPS team, responsible for supporting critical Care Management Tier 1 functions, multiple Vendor Integrations, and Federal Mandates. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, management, and technical expertise to ensure the timely resolution of business-reported issues, efficient project delivery, and effective team management. This role is crucial to the organization's success, as it will ensure the continuity of critical Care Management Tier 1 functions and support the company's growth and success. Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++), data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Proven experience as an execution lead for large-scale initiatives, driving strategic projects from planning to delivery.
- Understanding or experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Understanding or experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies
What Will I Do
- Manage the IT team, including IT staff, contractors, to ensure effective delivery of IT services for multiple Tier-1 care applications.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support business objectives, including project development and team management.
- Oversee the resolution of IT issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage IT projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technology solutions to meet those needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, including forecasting, planning, and cost control, to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Support Internal Audit activities.
- Support urgent responses to EVMP cybersecurity vulnerabilities to ensure business continuity
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure effective technology solutions and support.
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations, specifically focusing on Issue Management, QA, Development and BSA teams.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
What We Require
4+ years related work experience to include direct people management 3+ years direct people supervisory/management experience Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field Highly refined communication skills including ability to negotiate, build consensus, clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences, communicate difficult messages in a professional and productive manner, excellent presentation and facilitation competence and ability to represent IT as a leader in cross-functional discussions/initiatives Strong knowledge of and experience with SDLC Experience and subject matter expertise spanning across several technical disciplines, capabilities, services, technologies, domains or systems. Ability to build trust and strategic partnerships with assigned business area contacts, project teams and leadership to facilitate two-way communication Deep, thorough understanding of business processes being supported Successful experience leading people Experience mentoring and coaching other leaders Ability to understand overall IT strategy and apply/implement IT strategy in assigned projects/initiatives Expert-level ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels and audiences High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy

Annualized Targeted Offer Hiring Range: $138,200 - $172,800 Annualized Salary Range: $138,200 - $224,600
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
