Tactical Air Support, Inc. Chief Financial Officer Salary range: $250,000 - $325,000 DOE Position Summary: Tactical Air Support is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all aspects of financial strategy, operations, and performance for a dynamic defense and aviation training services enterprise. As a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO ensures fiscal discipline, strategic growth, and compliance with all federal contracting and industry standards. The CFO will partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and business unit leaders to align financial resources with Tactical Air's operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic, and analytically rigorous financial leader with deep experience in defense and government contracting compliance, enterprise transformation, and financial scalability. The CFO will drive operational excellence while strengthening Tactical Air's position as a trusted, mission-ready partner to the U.S. and allied defense communities. Responsibilities: Leadership
