We're seeking a Senior Change Manager - Reporting in Atlanta to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of a comprehensive change strategy for the reporting product portfolio. This role involves managing all aspects of the change process to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of new and enhanced Tableau dashboards, tools, and governance initiatives.

YOU WILL:




  • Assist the Product Owner with defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on change management needs and business requirements



  • Develop comprehensive project plans with realistic timelines and milestones



  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and product teams



  • Balance business requirements with project constraints



  • Coordinate project activities across business units and departments



  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to keep projects on track



  • Identify and engage with key business stakeholders



  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to appropriate parties



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the goals of the portfolio



  • Collaborate with project and program leads to ensure the change strategy is integrated into the overall project plan



  • Develop stakeholder communications, end-user learning, and other change management artifacts



  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the benefits and impact of the new software system



  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and develop strategies to mitigate these issues



  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees throughout the change process, addressing concerns and fostering a positive attitude towards the transformation



  • Monitor and report on the progress of the change initiatives, ensuring that milestones are met and benefits are realized



  • Utilize change management tools and methodologies to track and measure the effectiveness of the change strategy



  • Ensure consistent application of change management practices across the project



  • Work closely with Corporate Communications, Financial Education, and Learning and Development to support education and learning



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:




  • Extensive experience in a senior change management role, preferably within an agile environment



  • Strong management consulting skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives



  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels



  • Proven track record of successfully driving organizational change and transformation



  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative ways of delivering change management



  • Proficiency in change management tools and techniques, such as Prosci or ADKAR



  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity



  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
