Building/Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our Princess Anne, MD facility. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities -

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and suppliers
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during maintenance or construction
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and materials
• Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks with site personnel as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Strong knowledge of operations safety related to hazardous materials or hazardous operations
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS, CSCS) preferred
• Degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field preferred
• On-site presence required; may involve travel between locations
• Occasional weekend or evening work
• Secret clearance required
