We are seeking a Case Worker who is passionate about client advocacy and thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: * Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations, collect financial documentation, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs. * Ongoing Support & Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates, guidance, and reassurance throughout the resolution process. * Team Collaboration: Partner with legal and tax professionals to craft strategic solutions and submit documentation to the IRS and state agencies. * Case Management: Monitor case progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate, organized records. What We're Looking For: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits * Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines * Experience in tax, legal, or financial services is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
