What does the Senior IT Product Manager - Supply Chain do at Swire Coca-Cola?


Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Senior IT Product Manager - Supply Chain to lead strategic, cross-functional technology initiatives that align enterprise IT with evolving supply chain goals. This role requires a strong background in product leadership, agile coaching, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to drive digital transformation and deliver business value. You'll oversee the full product lifecycle, manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, and guide portfolio strategy and market analysis. Ideal candidates bring excellent communication skills, a passion for user-centric product development, and experience navigating fast-paced, collaborative environments-along with familiarity in supply chain technologies to help shape the future of our operations.



Responsibilities:



  • Align technology initiatives with Supply Chain business objectives, identifying market trends, innovative solutions, and technical needs to drive value for stakeholders and users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain leaders and business unit managers, collaborating to shape long-term IT strategies and gather requirements for product enhancements tailored to supply chain operations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic IT products supporting Supply Chain, from ideation and planning to launch, assessment, and iteration.
  • Lead the implementation of product management principles across functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and products
  • Implement agile practices, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement through iterative solutions, and facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance team efficiency.
  • Leverage emerging tech trends and conduct market analysis to propose enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction within the Supply Chain context.
  • Oversee product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and support for users, support teams, and enablement initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with Supply Chain needs.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators such as business value delivery, user adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and other KPI achievement rates.



Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field required.
  • Master's Degree Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
  • 6+ years direct product management experience, preferably supporting supply chain or operations functions required.
  • 8+ years in technology management roles supporting Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations teams required.
  • Experience performing portfolio strategy and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, project management, and vendor management.
