Description As a(n) Order Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * Duties are performed using system wide processes requiring the use and application of concepts, theories and techniques. * Documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner. Documents are handled in compliance with policies. * Process documentation required for order entry of products, within the agreed SLA from the receipt of initial orders. * Recognize documents and process efficiently and correctly. * Track, monitor and follow-up on documents that are attached to orders, customer records and update the necessary pieces of information in the relevant systems. * Looking up online authorizations * Completion of required quota of items each day. * Maintaining an organized, efficient workflow. * Analyze current operating methods and determine appropriate action to resolve documents with discrepancies. Skills Medical, Research, Healthcare, Customer Service, Data Additional Skills & Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (no special certification required) * Ability to navigate through multiple windows-based computer applications skillfully in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to prioritize and multitask. * Attention to detail. * Excellent 10-key and keyboard abilities. * Ability to enter data quickly and accurately. * Demonstrate good interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently, managing incoming and outgoing workload daily * 1-3 Years of recent Data entry or order entry experience preferred within healthcare setting or office/admin roles 8-5 for 2-3 weeks and then SHIFT AFTER TRAINNG M-F **10- 7 PM Experience Level* Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
