Spire is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner based in the St. Louis area. This position will be responsible for consulting with local and regional leaders within Spire's Field Operations and Finance business units, providing guidance and support to the business across all areas of Human Resources. Duties and Responsibilities
* Function as an internal consultant to management and others by helping them identify and resolve issues, encouraging excellent management practices, anticipating internal organization issues, proposing solutions, and understanding/representing the employee perspective Essential Characteristics
