SEI is seeking to hire a Platform Strategist. The Platform Strategist will be the architect and owner of critical deliverables central to the growth and impact of the Access platform in the alternative investments space. You will spearhead the design, execution, and evolution of educational resources, technological features, cross-functional initiatives, and industry awareness. By coordinating across teams, managing strategic relationships, and overseeing large-scale projects, you will ensure the seamless integration and delivery of innovative educational solutions that empower financial advisors and elevate Access as an industry leader.

SEI occupies a distinctive position within the industry; this role is crucial to the daily operations, growth, and evolution of the Access platform and team.

What you will do:

* Ensure accurate and timely launches of fund manager product on the Access platform, act as the final reviewer prior to 'go-live' activities.

* Oversee the Access multi-layer Education Plan, which includes:

o Managing the 'Insights' tab within Marketplace by aggregating fund manager thought leadership and curating original content, as well as ensuring that the 'Insights' tab remains up to date with newly published material.

o Execute on awareness activities to drive advisor adoption

o Further advance the development of the 'Alternative Source' platform by organizing multiple consecutive filming days to maximize speaker efficiency, curate impactful panel sessions for recording, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless production coordination.

o Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of an AI chatbot. Following deployment, ensure that all source data remains current by regularly ingesting updated materials such as newly added platform fund PPMs, subscription documents, fact sheets, and marketing decks. Promptly remove any outdated documents to maintain data relevance and integrity.

* Establish and manage key industry partnerships essential to Access's success and industry expertise, collaborating with organizations such as CAIA Association, IWI, FPA, and CFP.

* Coordinate and implement a strategic partnership with the CAIA Association.

* Collaborate effectively with technology engineering, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure completion of all required components and reviews, while maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with regulatory obligations.

* Act as the "translator" between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align business objectives and ensure excellence in project delivery.

* Monitor and measure transaction volume and advisor engagement related to educational activities, adapting strategies to drive continuous improvement.

What we need from you:

* Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry, and client facing experience (Fund or Wealth Manager)

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent in experience

* Possesses experience in Alternative Investments or complex strategies, Financial Advisory services, and/or the Wealth Management sector

* Experience in dynamic, fast-paced startups - or understanding of the needs in such environment

* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate, improve processes, and influence strategic roadmaps - driving awareness to the Access platform and advisor adoption of Alternative Investments.

* Skilled in coordinating coverage across products, content modalities and channels for deeper engagement and unified support

* Ownership of fund launches within the Access platform; must have an understanding of the subscription document process.

* Demonstrates initiative and the ability to learn rapidly in dynamic environments

* Exhibits a strong dedication to ongoing professional development and enhancement of team performance
