This role will serve as a technical leader driving DtV initiatives across the Snacks portfolio. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH... This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr Manager R&D Enterprise Design to Value. They will work closely with M&B Sr Scientists to ensure consistency across the enterprise. They will also work with category leads within snacks, as well as other scientists. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $109,800-$157,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
