Help students secure resources and understand the financial aid process at Universal Technical Institute.

$21 - $24 per hour

• Guide students through the financial aid process, including FAFSA completion and loan counseling.
• Provide personalized support to students and families regarding funding options.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Student Services to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• Experience: 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferred
• Strong knowledge of Title IV programs and FAFSA procedures.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
