Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full Time Head Teller to work in person from our Aberdeen Branch located in Hampton, VA. Job Summary: Oversees the Teller line operations of the branch, directly supervising Tellers and Senior Tellers. Maintains overall responsibility for cash operations within the branch, including adherence to Credit Union policies, regulatory compliance, and effective use of resources to provide impeccable service to Langley members. Provides ongoing individual coaching to ensure their team continually develops their skills in offering and educating on Langley's products and services.
