JOB SUMMARY:This position supports the Enterprise Services Center, Engineering and Solution Delivery (ESD) Branch. ESD provides a wide variety of information technology and business services to the FAA, DOT, and other government agencies including Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) configuration, support, application administration, information technology consulting, project management, life cycle software development, and ongoing maintenance and operations support. Location:FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City PRIMARY DUTIES:
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
REQUIREMENTS:6 years of experience analyzing needs, developing and presenting trainings. 3 years of experience must be IT specific adult training. EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or other related discipline. Qualifications
