Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The Dairy & Livestock Credit Support provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the Dairy & Livestock Industries Group, ensuring efficient handling of both borrowing and deposit-only relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of Bank policies and procedures, professional communication via phone and email, and a commitment to maintaining a polished and organized work environment. Key responsibilities include processing daily financial transactions such as loan payments, advances, and wire transfers; assisting with loan renewals and documentation; and supporting audit compliance and meeting preparation. The position also involves gathering and verifying account documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service through independent judgment and attention to detail. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Degree and a minimum of two (2) years related bank financing and leasing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence (outside and e-mail) in a professional manner consistent with Bank standards. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply basic math concepts to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals using a PC or calculator. Loan and lease pricing and amortization calculations. REASONING ABILITY Apply common sense understanding to carry out written and/or oral instructions. Assess problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations and provide solutions. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word Processing software and Citizens Advisor Level 1 competency.
