Solutions Engineer (Recent Graduate)

We're seeking an Entry-Level Solutions Engineer to join our Enterprise team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in cybersecurity, network, cloud technologies, and customer engagement. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams to help design and present technical solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in technical pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept support.
• Work with senior engineers to understand client requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Learn and articulate the value proposition of our cybersecurity, network visibility and test products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during the sales cycle and help respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and security technologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Basic knowledge of networking or security fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, SIEM, endpoint security).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
