Responsibilities
 
 
Responsibilities: The Entry-Level Services Account Manager will be trained in proven sales methodologies to support and grow service sales for Keysight's hardware and software products across a wide range of customer roles-from technicians to executives. Responsibilities include: 
 - Supporting the sale of new service agreements, renewals, and upgrades to existing service contracts.
 - Building and maintaining customer relationships, learning to influence long-term strategic direction, and becoming a trusted advisor.
 - Assisting in the development and execution of account strategies to uncover services business growth opportunities.
 - Learning to navigate complex selling processes and supporting customers through the sales journey.
 - Understanding customer requirements on both business and technical levels to help ensure comprehensive service coverage.
 - Contributing to account plans and gaining deep knowledge of the Keysight Services portfolio to help build a strong funnel of annuity business.
 - Collaborating with account managers, service delivery partners, and executive staff to ensure customer value and success.

Qualifications
 
 
Job Qualifications: 
 - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), Business, or equivalent.
 - Internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or technical environments preferred.
 - Strong interest in working with strategic accounts and learning complex sales engagements.
 - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
