The Role The Senior Vice President of Software Engineering (B2C) will lead AXS' global B2C engineering organization, overseeing the strategy, development, and operation of the applications and platforms that connect millions of fans to live entertainment. This includes our mobile apps, websites, digital ticketing solutions, discovery tools, fan engagement experiences, and every aspect of fan experience before, during and after the event. This leader will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our customer facing products and underlying systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and a relentless focus on customer value. They will drive organizational excellence, strengthening execution to deliver high-quality products and infrastructure at scale. Success in this role requires exceptional collaboration with the C-suite, cross-functional leaders, and client-facing teams, as well as the ability to inspire, grow, and scale world-class engineering talent. As a visible and influential leader, the SVP will foster innovation and technical excellence, ensuring AXS continues to deliver best-in-class software solutions to all the fans worldwide. Pay Scale: $299,200.00 - $448,800 Bonus:This position is eligible for an executive level bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
