How you will make history here... We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr Talent & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Partner to shape and deliver enterprise-wide solutions that elevate performance, culture, and capability. This role will lead, and support projects aligned to our Organizational Effectiveness strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, leader/team effectiveness, and employee listening. What you will do... * Design and refine organizational design frameworks, toolkits, and diagnostics (e.g., efficiency templates, org analysis tools) What you bring to the table... * 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner or OE/OD practitioner * Bachelor's Degree Required It would be nice if you have... * Experience with org design, team effectiveness, and/or workforce planning methodologies Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $89,100-$128,100Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
