The RPA Solutions Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across the bank. This role will work closely with operations, data, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, evaluate existing workflows, and deliver high-impact solutions using tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong understanding of business processes, automation tools, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices. This role will also help define automation standards and governance, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. While initially an individual contributor, this position is expected to evolve into a leadership role as the automation program scales. As a RPA Solutions Lead, you will:
