What is the purpose of the Assistant Branch Manager position? The Assistant Branch Manager assumes a leadership role in the training and development of retail employees and coordinates the daily administrative and operational functions of the branch. Strengthens and upholds customer relationship building practices through the attainment of operational excellence, sales, and delivery of superior customer service.
