| The HVAC System Development lead functions as the central point of contact for the HVAC system for a specific architectural program. The System Development leads a cross-functional working-level team of engineers across multiple vehicle, releasing, powertrain and energy management groups and will provide technical guidance, leadership of development tasks and information sharing regarding vehicle, architectural and HVAC system updates. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Basic Qualifications:
