POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead operations at our flagship manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Americas Hub, offers a unique opportunity to champion operational excellence and innovation across a vertically integrated, high-mix/low-volume production environment. This role oversees end-to-end operations including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement for the Indianapolis Plant. The Plant Manager will lead the site towards world-class operational performance, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and innovation. They will be a visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact and elevate our manufacturing capabilities. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $170,000 - $190,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
