 REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND BASIC SKILL LEVELS:
 
   
 High School Diploma or GED required.2-3 years of vertical CNC machine set-up and operation experience preferred.Strong Industrial math skillsMust be able to read blueprints with GD&T, sketches, drawings or sample parts.Strong computer skillsFluent reading, writing, and speaking English.Successful completion of Pre-Employment physical.
 
   
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Class C Operator 
   
 Load and operate CNC machining centers and lathes.Perform secondary operations as specified on shop orders.Review shop orders, blueprints, and inspection records to determine process requirements.Examine and measure product to verify conformance to specifications using measurement equipment as specified on inspection records.Comply with policies, processes and systems of the ISO quality management system.Support the commitment to a safe work environment as stated in the safety vision and the safety manual.
 Class B Operator 
   
 Perform duties listed above under class C operatorLoad CNC programs by card, DNC or machine memory.Set-up per job specifications and as instructed in machine operating instructions.Perform offsets to tooling, as needed.
 Class A Operator 
   
 Perform duties listed above under class B and C operatorDetermine machining sequence and create CNC programs.Confer with organizational members to review the needs and requirements of the customer.Assist in training new employees.

 Protective footwear must be worn.
