This role includes managing security personnel, coordinating emergency response, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing strategies to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The Captain acts as a key leader in promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and preparedness. Duties of a Captain:

Shift: Full-Time Day Shift On Call Required Exempt Salary Range: Minimum 35.54/hour - Maximum 62.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
