As a hands-on and execution-focused engineering manager, you will lead a team that plays a crucial role for our partner experience. You'll guide the team in solving complex technical and business problems while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for helping your team succeed by setting clear expectations, driving delivery, mentoring and coaching engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. This is a highly impactful role for a driven leader who thrives on empowering others, removing blockers, and rolling up their sleeves when needed. Responsibilities:

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $126,000- $230,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
