The Manufacturing Engineer position will design, integrate, or improve manufacturing systems or related processes. Work with designers to refine product designs to increase producibility and decrease costs. Assist manufacturing operations whenever needed in the Plant. This includes equipment problem solving, design changes for increased production efficiency of existing equipment, design of new automated or hand assembly equipment for new product specifications, and design of quality fixtures and gages. The position also requires management of project commercialization and international equipment relocations as schedules dictate. Design of machine improvements and new features. Assembly and troubleshooting of new designs. Assisting maintenance with equipment problems. Root Cause analyze of equipment and product failures. Sourcing parts and materials from internal and external sources. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related plus 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or related.
