THE ROLE Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Production Planning Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will work with our production planning team to gather data to support our supply chain goals. Along on a project to optimize our work order printing process. What You'll Do Work with real data to create reports and track key metrics, giving the team insights into how we're performing. Team up with different departments like purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics to see how planning connects across the company Pitch in on problem-solving when supply or scheduling issues pop up and learn how to spot potential roadblocks early. What We Seek Curious and eager to learn - excited to see how supply chain and production planning work in real life. Organized and detail-oriented - able to keep track of data, schedules, and tasks without losing sight of the big picture. Comfortable with numbers and problem-solving - enjoys using tools like Excel or Power-BI (or willing to learn) to analyze information. Collaborative and communicative - ready to work with different teams and share ideas openly. Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year Pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business management Expected Graduation: 2026 -2028 Eligibility Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
