Description

We have an opening for an HR Specialist position within our Partners in Community Supports (PICS) business line. PICS is a licensed Financial Management (FMS) and Licensed Services, provider. We work with organizations and advocates across Minnesota to create responsive and innovative services for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and their families who have chosen self-directed services.

As an HR Specialist supporting PICS, you will be a key contributor to the HR team. Primary responsibilities for this position will be to provide HR support for various programs within PICS.

The pay for this role is $23-$25 depending on experience!

Job Requirements:



  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 2-3 years related experience in Human Resource administration required.
  • Proficiency working with a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others using the phone/email/in-person.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems as well as design procedures.
  • Good customer relations skills and good verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with the ability to manage details, prioritize work and work effectively with deadlines and time constraints.
  • Valid driver's license required.
