You will support a team of dedicated instructors on an exciting overseas-based program for naval ally operators in the Middle East. The curriculum goes beyond training FPV pilots. It presents an opportunity to systematically build enduring doctrine, tailored tactics, and practical sustainment pathways to harden naval assets - ships, bases, and offshore facilities - against evolving FPV and electronic warfare threats. • Provide overseas logistics support to instructors and students for a 12-week Basic, Intermediate and Advanced course on the operation of offensive and defensive UAS and FPV capabilities in classroom, flight simulation, and live field environments.
  • Assist with all required tasks in preparation and execution of activities during classroom, simulation, and hands-on field environments for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Level course work including:

    • Flight demonstrations and student exercises in a hands-on live environment of pre-flight procedures, basic maneuvers including take-off and landing, altitude control, obstacle avoidance, return home considerations, and post-flight procedures.
    • Precision FPV Flight in congested or contested environments.
    • Intelligent Flight Modes including Spotlight, Point of Interest, ActiveTrack, and Waypoint navigation.
    • Intelligence Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) manual and advanced control systems, including sensors, to observe and track targets.
    • Autonomous Mission Planning and Execution
    • Maritime Operations
    • Advanced UAS and Counter-UAS Integration

  • Provide equipment procurement, set-up, management, and removal as required for instructor demonstrations and student exercises.
  • Coordinate with commercial vendors on acquisition of replacement parts, supply chain management, and shipping processes to support drone instruction course in an overseas environment.

You're required to have this:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and warehousing operations.
  • Experience with acquisition, parts forecasting, supply chain management, and commercial vendor engagement in overseas environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logistics-related issues and recommend solutions.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating across teams and with internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of safety assurance practices and procedures in logistics environments.
  • Logistics experience in military operations, preferably in overseas environments.
  • Exceptional communication and adaptability to support instructors and students effectively.
