Job Description

We're looking for a Headof Revenue Operations to take a solid foundation and help us build a high-performing RevOps function that supports Curinos' next stage of growth.

You'll join a small, experienced team that has already made meaningful progress in reporting, forecasting, and process improvement. Your mandate is to take what's working, formalize it, scale it, and embed best practices across the commercial organization.

This is an ideal role for someone excited to build out a department, not from a blank page, but from a strong base that's ready to be taken to the next level. You'll lead forecasting, reporting, and process alignment, while also owning the development of Power BI dashboards as our primary reporting and visualization platform. You'll manage a small team and work closely with the CCO and commercial leadership to ensure Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, and Consulting are aligned on a common revenue strategy.

Manage and mentor a small RevOps team.

  • Balance quick wins with foundational improvements
  • Build a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Executive Partnership

  • Provide the CCO and leadership with accurate insights on pipeline and performance
  • Translate commercial priorities into practical reporting and operational processes

Revenue Strategy & Alignment

  • Evolve and implement a clear RevOps roadmap to support SaaS and consulting growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Consulting to align GTM processes
  • Help establish consistent operating rhythms for pipeline and forecast reviews

Forecasting & Analytics

  • Lead day-to-day forecasting processes and pipeline reporting
  • Refine and maintain clear SaaS and consulting KPIs (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion, utilization)
  • Deliver reliable insights that help leadership make better decisions

Systems Leadership

  • Own the development and evolution of Power BI dashboards for reporting and data visualization across commercial teams
  • Identify and implement automation or system enhancements to increase efficiency
  • Team Leadership
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations
  • Strong SaaS knowledge; experience in hybrid SaaS + consulting is a plus
  • Proven Salesforce and GTM systems experience, with hands-on leadership in Power BI reporting and data visualization
  • Solid forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • A "builder" mindset - eager to take ownership and elevate what's already in place
