SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Strategic Analytics Senior Manager to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Treasury Management Strategic Analytics Sr Manager will focus on business intelligence and data analytics; budgeting; strategic planning; and project management. They will leverage business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI; Snowflake; Workday; Microsoft Sharepoint; and other software to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making. This role requires a candidate with strong UI/UX skills, who can design professional, user-friendly, and visually appealing solutions that are intuitive and enjoyable for end-users. This position will contribute to the Treasury Management department with annual budget construction and management; annual Line of Business strategic planning; and internal department project management and execution, including bank system conversions and upgrades. The Senior Manager will lead a team that will work closely with internal business partners, and must excel in a collaborative environment, bringing excellent interpersonal skills to the team. The Senior Manager will drive continuous improvement to the FP&A processes, business unit reporting, and business partnerships to maximize financial impact. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial experience in financial reporting leadership or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a private office.Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred.
