Job Summary

Handles customer inquiries and service requests within the electrical industry by applying developed knowledge of company products, procedures, and service systems. Works with established protocols to resolve issues, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Operates under moderate supervision, identifying problems in routine situations and applying standard procedures to deliver consistent, quality support. Serves as a key point of contact for internal and external customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine customer service tasks including order entry, shipment tracking, returns processing, and account updates in accordance with company policy.
  • Create and analyze daily operational reports to support senior level management and inside account managers.
  • Work with retail customers to enhance Southwire's E-commerce position on their platform; will leverage and work closely with Southwire's Marketing team to create and publish additional images online, descriptive bullets, videos, and spec sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal Southwire logistics, manufacturing, product, and sales teams to obtain external customer requested information.
  • Engage in customer processes to help investigate CDR/Dispute cases with Southwire AR teams.
  • Manage Chargebacks on daily Fines/Shortages for all Lowe's channels.
  • Manage backend processes in 3rd party E-Commerce platforms for lowes.com and Pro Extended Aisle by ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely customer invoices when manual interaction is needed.
  • Determine service priorities and appropriately route inquiries to relevant departments to support order fulfillment, product support, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Observe service trends and customer interaction patterns to identify recurring issues and escalate as needed for resolution or process improvement.
  • Perform Late Order Reporting for PRO & .com channels
Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
  • Years of Experience: 2-4 years
  • Excellent listening, communication, and written skills
  • Energetic and passionate with a flexible spirit
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions
  • Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all current team members
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
