Position Description:
The Well-being Program Coordinator (PC) will work collaboratively with a designated client, a financial services firm, to raise awareness of the well-being program and the WebMD products and services that support it. This part-time, 20-hour-per-week position will be based onsite at the client's headquarters in Milwaukee. The candidate will be expected to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility to work on select Mondays when the client has onsite screenings.
They will act as a customer advocate, as well as a point of contact with senior client stakeholders to increase participant engagement and maximize value delivered through the WebMD relationship. They will engage in program coordination and promotion duties and will provide thought leadership and support program planning, strategy, and impact assessment. The PC will provide onsite programming, such as biometric screening support. The PC will proactively identify opportunities for service delivery enhancement and improvement. As opportunities are identified, the PC will work with other Client Services team members to improve processes and develop new solutions. In this role you will:
