Who will you work with... Reporting into the Manager, Supply Chain at our Salem Plant, you'll work closely with the Production Scheduler, Materials Planner, and Finance team. Other cross-functional partners include Production, Quality and Distribution Center. What sets your team apart? You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The team is deeply engaged in reducing waste, improving inventory accuracy, and supporting a 24/365 operation. You'll gain exposure to multiple departments and have opportunities for professional growth. Future of the business ... Our strategic focus centers on reducing inventory variances, improving data accuracy, and minimizing waste across operations. This role will be instrumental in supporting system enhancements, including deeper integration and utilization of SAP, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration with production, finance, and supply chain teams. As we continue to evolve, the Inventory Coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in driving operational excellence across a 24/365 manufacturing environment. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $45,700-$65,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
