SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsibilities include maintaining nursing practice standards and clinical expertise, providing care to patients, and appraisals.

Superb communication and customer service skills are requiredat all times to interact effectively with all patients.

May rotate to multiple clinical practices based on operational needs.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

High School Diploma or GED.

Must hold valid New York State LPN license and registration.

Basic Life Support.

Infection Control Certificate.
