Requisition ID# 167304 Job Category: Maintenance / Construction / Operations Job Level: Senior Manager Business Unit: Operations - Other Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Chico Position Summary Manages a team responsible for the safe, operation of the VM Competency Assessment program for Vegetation management and construction management. establishing and monitoring operational budgets. Leads the team in identifying contract-worthy projects, consults on project feasibility and site details, coordinates with construction crews, evaluators and interpreters, and performs program and collaborates on safety initiatives. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with PG&E standards, engineering design, regulatory agency guidelines, permits, and the schedule. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to report to their assigned office location at least three days per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, depending on business needs. The headquarters location is in Chico, CA. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
