This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through in-person interactions and phone communication. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable advice, processing transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate ticketing and weighing of materials. The representative plays a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the location. This is a seasonal full time position and the typical schedule is M-F 8am-5pm. 2-3 Saturdays per month. Winter layoff, Spring recall. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
