Role Overview:

The Senior Associate, Change Managment is responsible for leading strategic organizational change initiatives to ensure business transformations are effectively adopted. This role focuses on the people side of change-including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.

Key Objectives:

  • Drive adoption of change across impacted business units.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to change adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do:

1. Change Strategy and Planning

  • Develop change management strategies aligned to project objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for measuring change adoption.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships across business units and project teams.
  • Conduct regular briefings, workshops, and listening sessions with executives, managers, and impacted employees.
  • Partner with HR, communications, and training teams to align messaging and support.

3. Communication and Training

  • Create clear, targeted communication plans for different stakeholder groups.
  • Oversee the development of training materials and user documentation.
  • Ensure delivery of training sessions (instructor-led, digital, or hybrid).

4. Change Execution and Support

  • Monitor and support implementation activities, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Identify resistance, and develop mitigation strategies to support change adoption.
  • Provide coaching to project managers and sponsors on leading through change.

5. Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Track adoption progress and adjust tactics as needed based on feedback.
  • Provide detailed reporting to senior stakeholders on engagement, training completion, and readiness.
  • Gather lessons learned and apply best practices for future initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in change management or transformation roles.
  • Certification in change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter), preferred
  • Experience working in large, matrixed environments, often with Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$70,000-$90,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
