The Senior IT Manager (Reporting) implements the strategy of IT data analytics, leveraging Microsoft technologies to provide valuable insights into Avesis data to ensure alignment with organizational and customer objectives. This collaborative role includes supporting cross-functional requirements, managing team resources, and driving the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.

• Collaborate and execute the organization's IT strategy, aligned with business goals in the data analytics and reporting areas.
• Drive strategic consolidation of diverse data from multiple sources into a cohesive data structure that supports data sharing and reporting requirements.
• Lead large-scale technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement robust security measures.
• Analyze emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and recommend solutions to drive innovation within the confines of the company's regulatory environment.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for IT team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. High School degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of IT data and reporting experience.
• Prior experience building and leading teams.
• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise with digital transformation initiatives and cloud-first strategies.
• Understanding of Azure tools (PowerBI, Synapse, Databricks)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as MCSA SQL, Development or Reporting Azure Data Engineer.
• Demonstrated success in building high-performing IT teams.
