Summary: Leveraging extensive project management knowledge and experience with systems infrastructure and technical services, this role is responsible for the planning, management, communication, and execution of IT projects across business units and programs. Works directly with program sponsors, IT management, project teams, and vendors to establish project scope, prepare project charters, and define measurable success factors and KPIs. Applies project management expertise in both traditional and Agile delivery methods to manage budgets, resources, risks, training, and all aspects of the implementation life cycle to ensure quality deliverables. In collaboration with the IT infrastructure and technical services team, identifies the technical approach for each project and manages solution design, development, testing, and implementation. Maintains cross-divisional inclusion and collaboration to meet project requirements and support process improvements. Ensures effective communication at all levels, manages the RFP and vendor engagement process when needed, and builds trusted relationships with project sponsors, team members, and vendors. This exempt position will report to the Senior Manager, IT Strategic Projects in the Division of Information Technology. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. Required Education and/or Experience:
