This experienced professional will assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, while providing high-level support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Work Environment: Daily performance of this position is accomplished primarily in an office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May handle up to 25 pounds infrequently. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to work seated at a desk, be able to use a PC, to lift boxes and files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
