Overview

This role is responsible for providing project administration and communication support for the Banker Resource Center (BRC). It manages multiple project rails simultaneously and collaborates with internal partners to drive large-scale corporate initiatives, approved bank projects, and departmental priorities supported by the BRC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Support

* Support BRC with management of various project rails - ensuring timely updates and ensuring accurate project status reporting and adherence to committed timelines.

* Participate in product, system, and constrained resource meetings to help understand BRC resourcing needs for upcoming projects.

* Partner closely with partners in product, technology, compliance, systems support and other internal partners to gather, define, and scope business requirements for future projects that the BRC team may be asked to support and engage.

* Participate or co-lead projects as needed based on project workload, complexity, and or resource constraints.

* Communicates clearly and respectfully in all interpersonal interactions

BRC Operations Support

* Support Key monthly communications through partnering with key contributors to gather materials

* Assist in maintaining and updating BRC SharePoint site with necessary updates to links and resources.

* Review, test, and publish policy and procedures as needed.

* Responds to inquiries on a timely basis while providing accurate information to internal and external clients

* Follows through with assignments and escalates issues as needed to proper area

* Provides ideas to streamline processes/functions or create operational efficiencies

* Maintains a high degree of productivity and consistently meets deadlines

* Resolves conflicts appropriately

* Exhibits effective listening skills, solid problem solving and decision-making skills

* Understands and adheres to policies, procedures, regulations and laws for the department and the organization to protect the assets and reputation of JFG.

* Report concerns or violations to appropriate persons or area (management, HR, audit, security, etc.).

* Understand and adhere to the JFG Code of Conduct as evidenced by personal and professional behavior. Maintain and project professionalism and integrity at all times

Acts as an advocate in support of JFG initiatives and overall success

JOB REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, organize and manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Possess prior change management and/or communications experience
  • Experience with SharePoint site building and User
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moving deadlines, independently and as part of a team
