WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

If you enjoy sales-related work and are interested in crop inputs, crop protection pesticides, seed products, service income, technical services, and ag-finance then we can't wait to talk to you! We are looking for a Crop Specialist that is eager to go above and beyond helping our customers reach their goals by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and services. A few key areas of emphasis include:

  • Setting and meetings sales goals determined by both you and your supervisor
  • Implementing marketing plans and developing sales strategies that generate profitable sales in an assigned territory
  • Developing territory and competitive analysis to maintain a current knowledge of the marketplace and competition

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Associates Degree, eagerness to learn, passion and motivation for exceeding goals
  • 2 years in a related field
  • An understanding of production agriculture
  • A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
  • Ability to obtain the following professional certifications: CCA, CCS, CPAg, and Commercial Applicator license
  • Ability to work in all weather and noise conditions
  • Ability to work around dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
  • Ability to lift 51-75 lbs.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
