This role is based in our Shawnee, KS office. TheHR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for delivering HR operational support and administration services to our US based Colleagues. The role is expected to provide an excellent colleague experience through resolving queries, maintaining data in SAP/Oracle and other HR and Payroll related systems. This role offers the opportunity to work among an engaging group of individuals that collaborateto improve company processes, while supporting one another's career goals. This is a relational role that is expected to establish effective relationships with various HR and Divisional groups including HR Shared Services Operations (HRSSO) globally, HRIS Team, Payroll, Benefits, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, MIM, IT Teams, and Management. The pay range for this position is $22-24 / hour based on experience. We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
