We have an opportunity for an AI Learning and Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development team in the US reporting to the Sr Director, Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, rollout, and adoption of Infoblox's enterprise AI learning program-driving a culture of AI fluency and continuous learning across the organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners including AI Enablement, Project Rosie, and HRBPs, you will craft role-based learning journeys, manage digital learning platforms, and empower leaders to champion AI upskilling. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of work by enabling employees to confidently apply AI in their roles, while growing your own expertise in digital transformation and learning innovation.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Execute the enterprise-wide 70/20/10 AI learning strategy
  • Build and maintain role-based learning paths using LinkedIn Learning
  • Manage digital learning platforms including the AI Hub and Viva Engage
  • Track and report learning metrics to demonstrate program impact
  • Facilitate peer learning and support leadership development integration
  • Partner with internal teams to scale AI upskilling and curate high-impact content



Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 3-5 years in learning & development, talent enablement, or instructional design
  • Experience managing corporate learning programs at scale
  • Familiarity with AI technologies or digital transformation programs a plus
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills



Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months:



  1. Contribute to the AI Hub on Blox360 with populated with curated content and actively used across business functions.
  2. Design and deploy role-based AI learning paths tailored for priority roles using LinkedIn Learning and internal resources.
  3. Establish and report learning impact metrics and deliver monthly executive-ready reports on adoption, engagement, and skill confidence.


One Year:



  1. Scale and sustain AI learning adoption across the enterprise with the AI learning program across all business functions, achieving strong engagement and completion metrics, and embedding learning into daily workflows.
  2. Demonstrate measurable impact on AI fluency and business outcomes with quarterly reports showing improvements in employee confidence, leader enablement, and the number and quality of AI use cases implemented across teams.
  3. Evolve and expand the AI learning ecosystem by enhancing the AI Hub with new content, launch a robust digital badging program, and integrate AI learning into onboarding, leadership development, and internal communications campaigns.
