We are hiring a Guidewire Architect to join our team on a hybrid basis.
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and technical execution of Guidewire Policy Center implementations. *Key Responsibilities* * *Strategic Leadership* * Lead strategic planning and roadmapping for Guidewire Policy Center initiatives. * Champion technology innovation and thought leadership across enterprise-scale projects. * *Architecture Governance* * Own and manage all architectural domains: business, application, information, and technology. * Ensure architectural compliance through documentation for the Architecture Review Board (e.g., Technical Approach, Technical Design). * Define and promote reusable technologies, frameworks, and processes. * *Enterprise Standards & Risk Management* * Develop and disseminate reference architectures, compliance rules, and guiding principles. * Identify and mitigate technical risks, including platform dependencies and integration challenges. * Ensure alignment with enterprise software portfolio strategies (e.g., Get Current/Stay Current). * *Technology Integration & Evaluation* * Lead the evaluation and selection of architectural components and tools. * Plan and integrate emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and delivery efficiency. * *Communication & Mentorship* * Articulate the enterprise vision for software architecture, platforms, and shared solutions. * Mentor Solution and Senior Solution Architects to build organizational capability. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field-or equivalent experience. * 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years as a Senior Solution Architect. * Proven experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, particularly Policy Center. * Demonstrated success in cloud migrations, data integrations, and enterprise-scale solution design. * Broad knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance systems and their interdependencies. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
