Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: An Instructor Scheduling Agent is responsible for assigning and coordinating daily and next-day lesson assignments, scheduling, and activities for ski instructors. RESPONSIBILITIES: Give ski instructors all guest lesson information and enter it into the system Monitor inventory for current day and next day assignments and follow up with instructors and guest requests Communicate and work closely with the reservations and sales departments regarding all ski lesson requests and unassigned lessons Support the on-snow supervisors with their specific ski programs, and assist them with questions and reports, operating a two-way radio device Handle instructor phone calls regarding lesson information and questions Clean and stock stations at daily scheduling desk and staging area Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 18 years of age Available seven days a week, typically working four days at 8-10 hours per day DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 11/17/25 - 4/19/26 PAY RATE: $21.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
