Data Manager- Cannot Work C2C Contract TO Hire Top Skills' Details1. Sql, data analysis to extract insights. 2. Databricks, specific to data ingestion. 3. Experience working with Dbt framework. 4. Provider healthcare experience is a must. Our customer is going through an Epic implementation. Our customer is looking for a manager to shadow the current manager and handle the day-to-day duties of managing and leading the DSS team. The role oversees three primary environments: 1) Infomart, 2) Health Catalyst, and 3) Databricks. Our client uses a Homegrown MS-SQL application that ingests reports and files from 10 distinct Oracle Cerner Invision regions, producing reports and files for internal and external reporting needs. Health Catalyst is a vendor-hosted analytics platform populated by our core clinical, financial, and administrative applications, and we're responsible for its day-to-day care. Databricks supports and maintains a custom-developed data warehouse in an Azure-hosted platform, currently delivering selected use cases that the Health Catalyst platform lacks the functionality to provide. The manager's responsibilities include leading the technical strategy, development, and operational execution of enterprise analytics and data integration initiatives across the providers enterprise. This role emphasizes hands-on expertise in data engineering and ingestion pipeline design, while also supporting governance, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager oversees the architecture and performance of our analytics platforms, ensuring secure and scalable data operations, while also partnering with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive data maturity across the organization. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $84.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
