We are hiring for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale security initiatives related to prevention of secret leaks across cloud services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience and compliance of Microsoft services, enabling our customers to operate securely at scale. As a Principal TPM, you will partner with engineering, security, services, and compliance teams to define strategy, align roadmaps, and deliver secure-by-design solutions that span Microsoft's global cloud infrastructure. ResponsibilitiesLead strategic programs to improve security posture, including redaction and prevention of secret leaks across Microsoft cloud services.Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with security, services, engineering, and compliance teams.Own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that span multiple divisionTrack and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.Build and manage program-level dashboards and KPIs, ensuring leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.Embody our culture and values | |
